Days are advancing and the seasons are changing! The time to pick up the olives has finally arrived. Young and old alike participated in the picking: a great harvest this year. We look forward to being able to give you a taste of our new production. Indeed, Khadija uses this fruity and tasty oil on a daily basis to prepare good Tagines for you. We look forward to seeing many of you at our table! In the meantime, we carefully keep our production and let it age wisely … See you soon, Mohamed and all his team.
